Auction Info


All purchases sold at the auction become the buyer's responsibility as soon as the auctioneer says "sold". 

Please move your goods to your vehicle ASAP. 

Purchases are to be paid in full on the day of the sale and prior to your departure.  

If a dispute arises between 2 or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the dispute or resell the item.

All items are sold "as is, where is". The auction assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller.  

Statements made on the day of the auction take precedence over previously written material.

When you register as a bidder, you are accepting our Terms of Sale, as listed above.  



You will need a valid driver's license to register as a bidder.

PA  state sales tax is applied to select purchases.  If you are sales tax exempt, a PA State Tax Exemption form must be filled out and submitted  to the office.

We accept cash, check and credit cards (Visa, Master Card and Discover).  There is a 3% administrative fee applied to purchases; the fee is waived if you pay by cash or check.

Please note this is a wholesale auction.  In most cases the quantities for auction will be large amounts.  Saturday sales tend to have smaller lot quantities, possibly making it more suitable for a homeowner.

General merchandise is bid by the piece; hay and straw by the ton; firewood by load; eggs by the dozen.  Exceptions will be stated by the auctioneer at  the time of sale.

Winning bids may not be resold privately on the KPA premises.
